All Los Angeles Unified schools and offices will be closed on Thursday, Jan 9, and Friday, Jan 10. The confluence of factors—wind, fire, and smoke—has created dangerous, complex situations that present unsafe conditions for LAUSD school communities.

Los Angeles Unified will have sites to provide meals for students. District families may stop by and walk into any of these locations to receive two meals per student. This will only be available for Los Angeles Unified students. The "Grab and Go" sites for Miller families are Mulholland Middle School, Sepulveda Middle School, San Fernando Middle School, and Robert E. Byrd Middle School.
